Changing or Canceling Your Subscription

How to modify or cancel your current subscription plan

This guide explains how to change your subscription tier, add add-ons, or cancel your subscription.

Upgrading Your Subscription

To upgrade to a higher tier:


  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to 'Subscription' in the sidebar
  3. Click 'Upgrade Plan'
  4. Select your new plan tier
  5. Review the changes and confirm

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Subscription

To downgrade to a lower tier:


  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to 'Subscription' in the sidebar
  3. Click 'Change Plan'
  4. Select a lower tier plan
  5. Review the changes and confirm

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Adding or Removing Features

Customize your subscription with add-ons:


  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to 'Subscription' in the sidebar
  3. Click 'Manage Add-ons'
  4. Select or deselect the add-ons you want
  5. Review the changes and confirm

Add-ons are prorated for the current billing cycle.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:


  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to 'Subscription' in the sidebar
  3. Click 'Cancel Subscription'
  4. Complete the exit survey
  5. Confirm cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Reactivating a Canceled Subscription

If you cancel and later decide to reactivate:


  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to 'Subscription' in the sidebar
  3. Click 'Reactivate Subscription'
  4. Confirm your plan selection

If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, your previous settings and configurations will be restored.
